  5. Gorgeous. A flower changes so much from a small bud to a fully fledged flower, and then to seed. It is worth taking the time to see and appreciate it at every stage :)

    1. I planted mostly red sunflowers so it is interesting how early one can tell that this is going to be yellow, well at least I assume it is though the petals are not showing yet...

  8. Gosh that is a very clever close up photo - at first I was wondering if it was a "Corn on the Cob" :) then looked and realised it was a sunflower.
