Thank you Loblaws for these plants, they kept their colour to the bitter end.

A little drink maybe? I know I could do with one right now ;)
ReplyDeleteOH poor sunflowers ? The cows ate my parsley and nibbled other herbs.
ReplyDeleteActually these are Rudbeckia - thanks for the idea, I am going to add a link back to the post about their planting. Lots of people have trouble with rabbits or deer but you don't often hear about cows, LOL.
DeleteDo you collect the seeds for next year? My son grew sunflowers this year he was so sad when they finished.
ReplyDeleteCollecting seeds is something I hope to start next year when I will not be as busy planting in the fall anymore. The good thing about sunflowers is that they are pretty easy to grow back again next year. :)
DeleteThey need water.. as i can see.. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Wordless Wednesday! My entry is here .
Actually it was the frost that was the culprit in their bedraggled looks, but they do indeed look thirsty. Thanks for stopping in Rebecca.
DeleteLovely photo!
